Mask Fit Testing Services

This course provides mandatory N95 respirator fit testing for anyone required to wear tight-fitting disposable or reusable respirators. Participants learn proper respirator selection, limitations, donning, user seal checks, storage, maintenance, and cartridge change guidelines. The session includes both sensitivity and fit testing to ensure the correct size and a proper facial seal for effective protection.

A new 3M N95 respirator (models 8210, 1860, or 1870) is included with each N95 fit test.
This training is designed for workers who must wear respiratory protection as required by OSHA’s Respiratory Protection Standard. 

This R95 Half Face Respirator Fit Testing is required for workers who use tight-fitting half-face respirators to protect against solids, liquid aerosols, and oil-based particulates. It is ideal for those in engineering, mold or lead paint removal, woodworking, machining, laboratories, chemical handling, construction tasks, and other environments involving dusts, fumes, or nuisance odors.

The session ensures the correct respirator size and a proper facial seal for effective protection. 

Participants must bring their current reusable 3M 5000, 6000, or 7000 Series Half Face Respirator to complete the fit test.

M3 Full Face Respirator Mask Fit Testing ensures employees using tight-fitting respirators receive proper protection against solid, liquid, and oil-based particulates. Ideal for workers in engineering, construction, chemical handling, laboratories, machining, painting, woodworking, mold or lead paint removal, and other environments with airborne hazards.
The test confirms correct respirator sizing and a proper face seal, and includes training on respirator selection, limitations, sensitivity and fit testing. Participants must bring their current 6000/7000 Series reusable mask to the appointment.
